We assist Clients in the establishment of companies, in all phases of the incorporation of companies, in relation to corporate governance, liability of directors and operations on the stock/corporate capital, in drafting shareholders’ agreements, inter-company agreements, minutes of the meetings and in attending the meetings of the shareholders and of the Board of Directors. We provide assistance in connection with structuring acquisition transactions, mergers and de-mergers, establishment of joint ventures and temporary associations of companies (including the drafting and negotiation of acquisition agreements, shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements and other types of agreements of business cooperation) and in connection with any extraordinary corporate transaction.
